As concern grows over the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19, Arizona Auto Refrigeration's top priority is the health and well-being of our customers and employees.
Arizona Auto Refrigeration is ready and able to serve Tucson. All scheduled appointment times are for dropping off vehicles. Actual service of the vehicle will occur throughout the day. We recommend vehicles be dropped off at the scheduled appointment time and customers return for pick up upon completion of service.
For those who must wait for their vehicle to be serviced, we regret that until restrictions are lifted our lobby waiting area capacity is limited to 2 (two) customers.
Plexiglass barriers have been installed to protect both customers and staff. We ask all customers to respect the social distancing protocols and conduct business at a safe distance.
A table has been set up for customers to fill out the service request form. Alcohol wipes are available for customers benefit. Pens are available for customers to use and take with them after completing the form.
We are continuously disinfecting throughout the day. We take the safety of our customers and staff seriously and feel these steps are necessary to best reduce any possible exposure.
